The Court confirmed the debtors' Chapter 13 plan subject to a two-month extension in the proposed term of the plan because the plan satisfies the Chapter 7 liquidation test of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(4) with such an extension and the debtors are entitled to the claimed exemption in their real property under Ga. Code § 44-13-100(a)(1).
