On March 27, 2020, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the CARES Act) was signed into law.  It made several temporary changes to the Bankruptcy Code, and these changes necessitated the amendment of Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020.  Per the order, which can be found at the following link, this Court has adopted the amendments to Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020.  (Order Interim Rule 1020).
