How to Receive Court Notifications

We are pleased to offer a free subscription service to the public through GovDelivery. This service allows subscribers to receive notifications by email and/or text message.   If you subscribe, you will receive notifications only on the topics (see below for a list of topics) that you specify. For each topic to which you subscribe, you may choose to receive notifications by either email or text message or by both. You may unsubscribe at any time.

 HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

To enroll for text messages through this service, click HERE and follow these instructions:

  • Select "Email" from the Subscription Type drop down menu.
  • Enter your email address and click Submit.
  • On the following screen, you will be asked to confirm your email address by entering it in the Confirm Email Address box.  Re-enter your email address and click Submit.
    (NOTE: If you have previously registered your email address for any of the Court's other mailing lists, you will not need to confirm your email address on this second screen.)
  • Check the box next to each type of notification you wish to receive and click Submit.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when you sign up and each time you change your subscriptions. 

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

To unsubscribe, access your account by clicking HERE, enter your email address, and click Submit.  Uncheck the box next to each type of notification from which you wish to unsubscribe.  Once unchecked, click Submit.  Once submitted, you will see a “Subscriptions updated” confirmation page.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATION

To enroll for text messages through this service, click HERE and follow these instructions:

  • Change the Subscription Type from "Email" to "SMS/Text Message".
  • Enter your mobile phone number with the area code in the Wireless Number box and click Submit.
  • On the following screen, you will be asked to confirm your wireless number by entering it in the Confirm Wireless Number box.  Confirm your number by re-entering it and click Submit. (NOTE: If you have previously registered your wireless number to receive text messages for any of the Court's other mailing lists, you will not need to confirm your Wireless number on this second screen.)
  • You will receive a confirmation text message on your mobile device.

 HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS

You can unsubscribe from these messages in one of three ways:

  1. Reply to any text message received from this service with the word "STOP".
  2. Visit the link included in the confirmation text message you receive.
  3. Visit the registration URL . Enter your mobile number and click Submit. A message will appear stating that you are already subscribed. Click "Subscriber Preferences" and you will be given the option to unsubscribe from any mailing lists.

To receive email and/ortext updates, select a topic below and you will be directed to GovDelivery where you can enter your email address or wireless number.

Modify Your Existing Subscription

If you already are receiving email notifications, you can:

  • Change your email address
  • Modify your password
  • Add or delete subscriptions
  • Remove your email address from this service

Prevent GovDelivery emails From Being Marked "Spam" or "Junk"

In order to ensure that you receive the subscription emails and updates from GovDelivery, please do the following:

  • Add the email address "[email protected]" to your contact list.
  • Adjust your spam settings or follow the instructions from your email provider on how to prevent these emails from being marked "Spam" or "Junk" mail.
