Effective August 15, 2024, in those cases where Judge Black or Judge Connelly has entered an order authorizing the payment of case filing fees in installments, individual debtors will be able to pay such fees in four (4) installments. For all Applications to Pay Filing Fee in Installments filed on or after August 15, 2024, please use the four-installment form now posted on the website.

Any order directing an individual debtor to pay the case filing fee in three (3) installments will remain in effect and will not be altered by this procedural change.
