Members of the Bar:

We are adjusting the current assignment of cases to give all cases filed in the Lynchburg Division to Judge Connelly, including the chapter 11 cases previously assigned to Judge Black.  Administrative order (2K) sets forth:

Effective: September 1, 2015

(1) All cases and associated adversary proceedings pending and thereinafter filed in the Harrisonburg, Charlottesville, and Lynchburg divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia shall be assigned to Judge Rebecca B. Connelly.

(2) That all cases and associated adversary proceedings pending and thereinafter filed in
the Roanoke, Big Stone Gap, Abingdon, and Danville divisions of the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the Western District of Virginia shall be assigned to Judge Paul M. Black.
