Effective November 13, 2019, for chapter 7 cases, and effective December 1, 2019, for chapter 13 cases, meetings of creditors will no longer be held at the Rockingham County Administration Center.  Instead they will be held at the Harrisonburg Courthouse in Room #206.  The address for the Harrisonburg Courthouse is 116 N. Main Street, Harrisonburg, VA  22802.  

There will be no location change for the meetings of creditors held in Woodstock and Staunton.
