Please be advised that Judge Black will hold hearings in person for all regularly scheduled court dates between October 16, 2023 and December 22, 2023. The regularly scheduled Roanoke court hearings will be heard in the Roanoke courtroom. The regularly scheduled Abingdon court hearings will be heard in the Abingdon courtroom. The regularly scheduled Danville court hearings will be heard in the Lynchburg courtroom. If you have cases already scheduled on the Abingdon or Danville dates, please be aware that amended notices and/or orders will be entered shortly to notify the parties of the court location (instead of by zoom video conference).
