Judge Black has decided to change the way hearings are scheduled in Abingdon. Traditionally, we have heard Chapter 7 cases at 10:00 AM, Chapter 11 cases at 11:00 AM and Chapter 13 cases at 1:00 PM.

Beginning September 4, 2014, Judge Black will hear Chapter 7 cases at 10:00 AM, Chapter 12 and 13 cases at 10:30 AM and Chapter 11 cases at 1:30 PM.

**Any evidentiary matters, trials or other heavily contested matters may be set at 2:00pm with permission of Chambers.
