On March 16, 2020, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia entered Standing Order No. 2020-5 regarding Court Operations Under the Exigent Circumstances Created by COVID -19. Standing Order Court Operations    In furtherance of that Order, Judge Black and Judge Connelly have issued orders to address their particular hearings scheduled to occur before March 31.  These hearings will either be held telephonically or continued pursuant to the directive of the Judge for the case.
