In observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office for the Western District of Virginia will be closed for business on Friday, June 18, 2021.  Case filings will be accepted through the court’s electronic filing system (CM/ECF) on Friday, June 18.  Normal operations will resume on Monday, June 21, 2021.
