The Court converts to NextGen on March 30, 2020.  Are you ready?  Click on the "NextGen:  Central Sign On" link on the Court's homepage to make sure you are.

To prepare for the conversion, the Court will need to make certain upgrades starting on Friday, March 27, 2020.  As a result, CM/ECF will be unavailable from noon on Friday, March 27th through Sunday, March 29th.  You will not be able to electronically file during this time.  The requirement for attorneys to file electronically will be waived after noon on March 27th, and the Clerk's Office will accept paper filings during regular business hours after noon on March 27th.
