Effective immediately Local Rule 9072-1(E) has been amended.  Previously the rule required counsel, who submitted an order to the Court for entry, to mail copies of the order to all parties directed by the Court and to certify the same to the Clerk.  The rule has been revised to remove the requirement of certifying the mailing to the Clerk.
